Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your product if you wish to return it.

Please note: Custom orders tailored to your personal choice are not returnable as they are bespoke products designed for you.

Our packaging is very robust but If there is any damage to your product please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter asap & provide photos of the damage.

We are happy to accept returns if you are unhappy with your product, all we ask is that you return it to us in resalable condition in the same packaging. The cost of the shipping will be your responsibility & we always recommend you have it tracked for security purposes.

Refunds will be made within 7 days to your original payment method/card.
